Why is it so much cheaper than the official API?
The platform relays requests through subscription and cloud-provider channels and bills by channel rate. The dashboard shows each channel’s rate and availability, and you can switch to a more stable enterprise channel.
Does credit expire?
Credit is valid for 12 months from top-up, works across all models and is billed by actual token usage.
What if requests fail after setup?
401 means the key is not set correctly; 404 means the model ID does not match the dashboard; 429 means you hit a balance or rate limit. Usage logs in the dashboard show the result of every request.
